Before the delivery they will be very active and nicely but they took too much time to deliver the product. In starting they will say, it will be delivered to you in 1 week, but it's been more than 2 weeks and they are saying we have too much of workload and your luggage's are in our warehouse of Gurgaon but no one is taking responsibility seriously to deliver it. They were not on time to transport it immediately after receiving the product. They kept it for 2 days in Bangalore warehouse post receiving and then sent the weightage of the product. The receiving date was 16th May and today is 29th May and still I'm getting the same messages like it will be delivered today. We are calling again and again to deliver the product and daily they will say the same message that it will be delivered today and each time you will call, they will be asking the tracking number. The product came to the location warehouse and it's been there for 3-4 days. They never respond to the messages for the delivery or they will never call back to inform that this has been the reason so that we couldn't delivered. Atleast, they should inform to customers. Such a careless team.

First off, I’d rename this company from Honest Packers and Movers to Dishonest Movers and Packers because this has been the absolute worst experience. We moved from Bangalore to Kolkata, and Mr. Abhishek assured us there would be no hidden charges. But once everything was packed, we were hit with an additional 13% service tax. We had asked him TWICE during the quotation process if there would be any extra costs, and he promised it was just the quoted amount plus 5% GST. Here’s the kicker—they don’t even have a registered GST number! Sure, the delivery was on time, but that’s the only thing they got right. We were initially told that one bed out of two beds would be fixed, but when delivery happened, they suddenly couldn't fix even one because "they didn’t have the right equipment." Seriously? To make matters worse, most of the packaging was damaged during transit, and our furniture ended up taking a beating. When we confronted Mr. Abhishek about it, he brushed it off with some nonsense about wear and tear being normal. Unbelievable. Because of the incomplete work and damaged furniture, we refused to pay the balance. And that’s when the real drama began. Mr. Abhishek starts harassing us, saying he’s going to commit suicide and blame us for it, and then he even starts crying out of nowhere. Honestly, we’ve moved several times before, but never have we had to deal with someone this unprofessional and mentally unstable. I wish I could post pictures to show the proof of the damage caused by this awful service.
