Owner (kapil duhan) did the survey. He was in contact during whole delivery process. Knew all that was happening.
There was lot of confusion regarding payment. They do not stand on their words. Hoarded my goods at there place for 10 days. Demanded full payment before delivery, else they won’t move. Felt helpless. Many expensive goods were missing at delivery. They assured to find my items. But no contact since months.
My request to moving solutions, please do not recommend such services to the customers. They are neither professionals nor do they value customers. Please do justice with my lost items. I’ll be very thankful to you.

Do NOT trust SP Car Carriers.
I had one of the worst experiences with them. They promised delivery in 5–6 days, took the vehicle, and then completely stopped giving clear updates. They kept dodging calls, giving fake promises of “tomorrow”, and offered zero accountability.
You may never receive your car on time, and in many cases people have received it after weeks or even a month. Once they pick up the vehicle, the professionalism disappears.
Please be alert and extremely careful. There are many better and more reliable transport options — avoid this one for your own peace of mind.
