Average experience with this company. The initial quote was fair and the booking was easy. However, the packing crew seemed inexperienced—they rushed through the process and didn't wrap some fragile items as thoroughly as I would have liked. A small ceramic bowl got chipped during the move. They apologized but didn't offer any compensation. Service is okay for regular household items, but be careful with valuables.
