Sunrise movers and packers charged 20k for shifting our cartons. When we received it all cartons were torn and they had shifted it through DELHIVERY, not by their company. And 2 chairs were not delivered, cartons torn, Fridge and Washing machine damaged. And they took full payment initially and committed to shift for 1st floor. But at the time of delivery they denied to move to 1st floor threatened to leave all cartons and items on Ground floor. They took again money 1k apart from bill to shift to 1st floor.. Totally 2-3 hrs wasted in such talks.. Total waste spending money on this company. And on the cartons Pooja Movers and packers bills were pasted... Now even after following up for 35 days no insurance copies are shown nor any settlement is done for damaged and lost items.
