Quite disappointed with the overall experience with Avistar Packers & Movers. Two of my expensive home theatre components were inadequately packed and showed visible scratches and damage upon arrival at the destination. The truck for our Delhi to Agra move was delayed by almost an entire day with absolutely no prior communication from their logistics team whatsoever. Customer support was extremely slow and completely indifferent when I raised a formal complaint. Pricing is budget friendly but the quality unfortunately reflects it.
