Dear All, Please refrain from contacting this transport company. Let me share my horrible experience. I had chosen Transit Logistics Solutions to transport my Honda SP160 bike from Kolkata to Vizag. They took the bike on 2nd August -2025. And after lot many follow-ups and unanswered phone calls I finally got my bike on 23 Rd August -2025 after the communication to file a police case against them. They promised to deliver my Bike within 6 days and for that they also had taken Full payment as INR 6841 plus 150. They told about door to door delivery. But on 22nd after endless follow-ups they gave me a number of the concerned driver. On contacting him - the driver told me that he can deliver my bike if I can wait 6am in the morning on a Highway to Vizag which is 40 KMs from my location. He also told to bring a person along with me to unload the bike from the Truk as the was all alone - he didn't had any helper. I had to spend another 1500 INR to book a car just to reach the shared location by the driver. Some person named Mr. Amit and Mr. Deep - was actually coordinating the same. There incidents when Mr. Amit was not picking up the calls and when I called from a different number he himself told that he is not Amit and he is Sourav which in the subsequent discussions he agreed about such misconduct. If the top management of the company can access this - though I don't know if any such terms they are familiar with - please have some transparency and the delay delivery fines - and pay back to the respective customers. Again I should say and urge to All - choose your Transporter cautiously.

They are able to transfer the goods from Kolkata to Chennai within 6 days. I placed pet transfer on 09th Feb and they delivered by pet on 15th Feb. They took care of my pets and transfered smoothly.....

I am happy with the service they provided. My shipment was from Kolkata to the outskirts of Nagpur, containing some valuable electronics. Although I got a bit delayed delivery, they communicated well by phone and WhatsApp and responded to my queries during the shipping process. Finally, I received the shipment without damage, and it was handled with care. I know it's hard to compete in this tough market with competitive pricing. Overall happy with the experience and price.

The worst of all . They have lost my package and their packing quality is also poor. They do not pay taxes and also they do not payback to drivers. Beware this is fake company. I am currently suffering as I have lost my costly items by actually hiring this idiot company to transport my goods
