I recently availed the Services of Sunia Packers and Movers from his Gurgaon Centre on 3rd July 2025 (Delhi to Ramgarh , Jharkhand) for shifting my household items . I must say , while the overall service was decent and they did manage to deliver my items on time , there were some issues as well that left me disappointed To Start with the positives - I genuinely didn't expect the delivery to be timely , but they did manage to surprise me by sticking to the promised schedule . Most of the major items were transported successfully. However , the experience wasn't without problems . One of my bags went missing , which was quite frustrating. Additionally , some of my crockery was broken , office chairs were damaged , and a plastic table also arrived in a damaged condition . WHat was more concerning was the behaviour after the pickup - once all the items were collected and received at their warehouse , they overcharged me and did not stick to the agreed price , which reflects unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. One suggestion for all that please schedule the pickup two or three days earlier to your ticket so you don't have to panic as my pickup was delayed by 6 hours and I got paniced but they came at 12 in noon and completed their work by 10 pm , sometimme the phone of the coordinator / owner of this Gurgaon branch was coming out of network and switched off due to some fault in his phone but later it also got managed. I will definitely reccomend others to take service from them. In conclusion , while I am generally satisfied with the service because the delivery was made on time and the majority of my items arrived safely , the loss , damages and the pricing issues definitely impacted my overall experience. I hope they work on improving their responsibility and communication in future.
