1) He told me 4-5 days for transportation but taken 12 days 2) He quoted me for 10 k including all but charged me 14 k and demanded for another 1500 3) I have sent a 40 " TV in the car. He told me he would pack it properly and send, but he did not minimum packing just held with the seat belt 4) He (Sandeep Kumar) is a big Lier and very unprofessional. 5)No GPS tracking. He has given me driver's no, but the driver was very rude. He does not have any control over him. 6) No proper tracking of vehicle and he did not send me at least a photo or video of my vehicle while transporting 7) My Vehicle got a toll in Maharashtra and I did not understand how I got it while it was in a closed container 8) Vehicle and T V got damaged Many more to write , but I am stopping here . I should file a complaint on moving solutions for recommending such a unprofessional service provider and I strongly recommend not to try either with moving solutions or Safe trans cargo
