Be aware of these cheaters and unprofessional morons. I paid for Packers and Movers services to “Ronak Logistics Packers and Mover, Pune” on 17th September 2023. I booked for 3 big bags and a brand-new Wooden Drawer and paid 5127 INR including the insurance. The insurance was supposed to cover the damages to my stuff of around 15000 INR. First, they deliberately charged me INR 265 twice for “Statistical Charges”. I had to follow up with them for more than a week and then got the refund. When I actually, received my stuff, the imported Remote-control Car and the Wooden Drawer were completely damaged. The total cost is 8500 INR. I have been trying to get the insurance amount but they have stopped answering my calls. When I tried calling them from other numbers, they disconnected the call just after hearing my name and not paying the insurance amount now. They are cheating the customers and all the reviews are fake and paid ones. They also asked me to post a 5 star review for them on google, and they would give me 500 INR.
