I have shifted from Pune to Hyderabad and one time hired the services of Relief Relocation Services for the transportation. I reached out to them, the responses received from their customer care service were well impressed. The team was punctual in arriving to pack, did it gently to avoid damaging any item and made sure my belongings got to the destination safely. The delivery was fast and all the items delivered did not have any signs of how they were treated during delivery. Recenlty I have moved from Baroda to Chennai, unfortunatly I connected to relief relocation service through online. Then the nightmare started. Initially thes quoted Rs 20000, with out saying any other charges even I asked....later they picked up and send invoice with Rs 45000, we can not trust these people. after delivery found my fridge and almara got damaged condition and there is no response from these guys.. if you want a trusted partner for mooving goods look for any other option... never relief relocation...

This company is fraud company. I booked service from Vadodara to Bangalore for household shifting. Approximately ₹70-80k items shipped from Vadodara. After pickup the items from my house they started calling for money. Started calling and message continuously If payment is not done then we will drop your shipment as it is in the godown. Then, I paid full freight on spot l, later after 2 days a person ‘Naresh Saharan’ sent tracking id. Even after reaching the destination they took 3 days to deliver the package to home. Top of that they started threatening openly stating, “if you are not paying additional ₹700, we will drop the packages at the gate only. Finally paid additional ₹700 to delivery agent, when I opened my packages found many items damaged, broken and some boxes were opened and clothes were stolen. Washing machine is damaged completely. Trying to call the person who initiated consignment, he is not answering to call. After paying ₹16500 freight, I bared ₹25000 loss in package. Me. Narendra and Naresh Saharan is a lier and he will not answer the call after you make the payment.
