Decent service but certainly not without its shortcomings. We moved from Tikrapara to Moudhapara Raipur and while the packing quality was quite acceptable, the loading team was considerably slower than the estimated time communicated during booking. Staff was polite and overall pricing was very competitive. Better workforce planning and stricter supervision during the loading and unloading process would significantly improve their overall service quality and strengthen their reputation in Raipur.
