Used Patel Packers & Movers for shifting my 2BHK apartment from Boring Road to Kankarbagh within Patna. The packing crew was polite friendly and cooperative throughout the entire moving process. However the overall packing took considerably longer than the estimated time causing significant inconvenience to my daily schedule and plans. One of my ceramic decorative showpieces got chipped during transit which was quite disappointing and upsetting. Pricing was competitive and no hidden charges were added to the final bill at all. Decent service overall but faster execution and more careful handling of fragile and delicate items are areas that definitely need serious improvement from their side.
