Average service from Om Cargo Logistics Movers & Packers. The team was polite but arrived late on the moving day which caused delays. Packing quality was okay but a couple of fragile items had minor scratches during transit. Communication during the process could be better. Pricing was competitive but they need to improve on punctuality and handling delicate items more carefully.
