Average experience with Leela Packers & Movers. They moved my belongings from Vile Parle to Vasai. While nothing was seriously damaged, the service lacked organization. The packing team arrived an hour late without informing me, causing a delay in my entire schedule. Some boxes weren't labeled properly which made unpacking chaotic. I had to follow up multiple times with their Mumbai office for delivery updates. The crew was decent but the overall coordination was poor. They're okay for budget-conscious moves but don't expect premium service.
