Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs. I had the worst experience imaginable with this so-called logistics company. From start to finish, the service was a nightmare. The staff were completely unprofessional, using rude and inappropriate language during communication, showing zero regard for basic customer service or respect. After they took custody of our material, they shockingly demanded extra money — money that was never discussed or agreed upon beforehand. It felt like a scam. What’s worse, they essentially blackmailed us, refusing to release our goods unless we paid the additional amount. This is not just unethical — it borders on extortion. No transparency, no accountability, and no sense of professionalism. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this company. I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone, even for free. Complete disgrace to the logistics industry.

Very unprofessional and bed service. I have booked home luggage through him, he has pickup luggage and after he has demanding more money, i denied then he has said that he will not do delivery of material if i have not pay extra cash. He has raised dummy invoice. I have paid the extra money. Delivery taken long time and some my luggage are broken during transportation. He has also misplaced my some luggage. This company are cheater and threaf.

Pathetic services. Never avail their service. They charge 2x beyond quote. All 5 star reviews are paid. They don't communicate also about increase in charges and doesn't dispatch the consignment also. They commit for 2 days but today is 5th day and we are still struggling for the consignment. I am a CEO of an investment firm and have to face these difficulties. Intiered logistics should be blacklisted.
