I had a very bad experience with them. I was told packing would take 3-4 hours however they took almost 6 hours because they were not carrying enough packing material. They do not have their own trucks and partner with another company so getting driver details becomes difficult. They did not unload our cargo and informed me just a night before saying you have to get it done. My grocery was spilled from containers by the time it reached, clock and mirror were broken since they weren’t bubble wrapped, plant’s did not arrive at all. After all this the marketing guy (Pradeep) who earlier was active did not even bother to reply. We received a carton that dint belong to us and his response was throw it. When mentioned of missing or broken items he says after 5 days you are calling me and never know you might have damaged it. Little did I know everything had to be unpacked same day. Really pathetic service and attitude.
