First off, I’d rename this company from Honest Packers and Movers to Dishonest Movers and Packers because this has been the absolute worst experience. We moved from Bangalore to Kolkata, and Mr. Abhishek assured us there would be no hidden charges. But once everything was packed, we were hit with an additional 13% service tax. We had asked him TWICE during the quotation process if there would be any extra costs, and he promised it was just the quoted amount plus 5% GST. Here’s the kicker—they don’t even have a registered GST number! Sure, the delivery was on time, but that’s the only thing they got right. We were initially told that one bed out of two beds would be fixed, but when delivery happened, they suddenly couldn't fix even one because "they didn’t have the right equipment." Seriously? To make matters worse, most of the packaging was damaged during transit, and our furniture ended up taking a beating. When we confronted Mr. Abhishek about it, he brushed it off with some nonsense about wear and tear being normal. Unbelievable. Because of the incomplete work and damaged furniture, we refused to pay the balance. And that’s when the real drama began. Mr. Abhishek starts harassing us, saying he’s going to commit suicide and blame us for it, and then he even starts crying out of nowhere. Honestly, we’ve moved several times before, but never have we had to deal with someone this unprofessional and mentally unstable. I wish I could post pictures to show the proof of the damage caused by this awful service.

Recently I have shifted my goods from Bangalore to Kolkata. I had contacted many movers and packers from Bangalore and Honest mover and Packers is one of them. I received quotation from all and after discussing and negotiation with all including Honest I got the best price from Honest M&P. Abhishek Sharma is person who was in touch with me since beginning. We talked, he came, see my goods which needs to transport and gave me price (like all others ). Finally, I got the best price from him. Abhishek Sharma is a man of his words. He arrived well before the agreed time to pick up my goods. He came along with his team and packed all my luggage with proper packaging stuffs. They are true professional and I was amazed by seeing their packing style of my luggage’s. On 26th Dec they packed all my luggage and loaded and I received my all luggage WITHOUT single damage in my home in Kolkata on 8th Jan 2021 (within 13 days of delivery). Outstanding commitment and delivery. In between whenever I need to call I use to Abhishek Sharma. He always answered my call, listen and give me a call back immediately. Even he was available in WhatsApp. One word if I have to use for Honest mover and Packers only for Abhishek’s it’s “AWESOME “. I am very happy customer at the end when I received all my luggage with a single scratch or damage. On door delivery. And they fix my goods also when asked for ( this was part of agreement also). They loaded all my luggage in my home in 1st floor and fix double bed, fix the sofa in the specified place. Amazing , wonderful, Trustworthy. These are the 3 words I would like to mention for Honest Movers and Packers. All these good words and review for good attitude and continues support given by Abhishek Sharma. I would recommend any one who’s transporting goods from Bangalore to any location please do contact Abhishek Sharma from Honest Movers and Packers. Good job done.
