We had booked Gangaram Packers and movers on 23rd August 2020 with invoice number (RCM/0720/102) through Ronak Yadav. And he had quoted 23000 to move our 1BHK from Mumbai to Nagpur. The shifting date was 30th August 2020. The packers came and took away our material saying that it will start for Nagpur on 31st August 2020. Once the material was loaded, we had paid 17000rs to Ronak via google pay after which he shared a fresh invoice of 36000 saying thatâ€™s what we have to pay if we want the material to be moved. Ronak gave a number of Mohit Yaduvanshi stating that he is the driver and when we called Mohit, ronak and Mohit started pressuring us to pay 19000rs if we want the material to be moved to Nagpur . Mohit lied to us saying that the material is in Aurangabad and shared fake locations of godowns. We paid 19000rs via google pay to Ronak again on 02-09-2020 post which, Mohit stopped picking up our calls. Ronak then gave us another number of Shashikant Shukla and asked us to contact him. When we called him, he said that the material was still in Bhiwandi, Navi Mumbai in his unsafe godown. The lies, fraud and the stress that Ronak put us through made us take us back our goods from that godown and we had to take an abrupt decision to cancel the consignment. We had to go there and get our material lifted from godown as we feared theft of the same. We had to get our own labour and truck to get it because they refused to move the material to our place in Thane. When we started calling Ronak for the refund, he stopped picking up our calls. He has duped us of 36000Rs and now have stopped responding all together. Please donâ€™t book this fraud and spare yourself the trouble
