I guess the whole team are fraudulent people. They can give false promises for safe deliveries, but you may receive your items in damaged conditions. They can forcefully sell insurance to you with exorbitant amount. They will not discuss about this during negotiations but they will charge it while billing. The insurance amount you will pay for receiving damaged items and you can't claim it also. Also they are expert in missing your household items. And they will not bother to address your issues, as they will take full money from you before unloading. The owner Mr. Sandeep chawla and his entire team are fraud people. They are not much professionals and literally illiterate people who don't have any knowledge of good customer services. I have paid 35k to these buggers for poor damaged deliveries and stealing my household items. All the people in Chawla packers are thief and they won't respond you at all once they get money Not at all recommended. Go with only professional packers & movers like Agarwal Packers

Always there are pros and cons for all the service based industry so here is for chawla movers and packers. Pros: 1. My package movement from ahmedabad to dehradun with affordable amount of insurance and movement charges. Cons: 1. I received my package delayed by two days which is not good because I told them specifically that i want my luggage on this date before a week. 2. Some of the items were wet and broken and after I told them that now what's about the insurance I paid for it he is saying it's not my fault and blocked me so I lost almost 5k for nothing.

1. Owner, Sandeep Chawla is completely Liar. 2. I lost my 2-3 valuable items of my Home. 3. The shipment was delayed by more than 3 weeks. 4. Many items were broken. 5. No response to me after he got to know that items are missing. Rest you can experience by your own if you want.
