Hello, I got the reference of Birla Packers and Movers Pvt. Ltd from Moving Solution. Last month, I had relocated to Bangalore from Kolkata and had asked Birla Packers to shift my household materials from Kolkata to Bangalore. It was all good till the initial diiscussion, packing, loading and full payment. After the full payment, one man named Gupta came into picture and acted as a God father. He always need full RESpect from the customer , even though they are delaying the delivery day after day. One day, I raised my voice for not delivering, then the GUPTA babu had used slang on me and have shown double respect to me. He even threatened not to deliver my materials from Godown to my house.
