I used Alka packers in Bhubaneshwar and they were quite good. There was no damage to my items and they were punctual. My shifting was hassle free and I didn’t had to intervene at all. During the shift there were no scratches to my walls. I would highly recommend them.

Alka packers and movers is worst and cheating service provider. They will ask you politely and once you give you valuables to them they will ask you to pay them in advance They will speak nicely at the time of booking and after booking, no proper response. Ex: I have booked 2 TVs from Bangalore to Vijayawada to which they have promised to deliver the product in 2 days but it didn`t happen. When I called them on 3 day, it`s still not shipped from Bangalore. Surprising thing is that, they have routed the product shipment to another service provider without intimating to us or our consent. At the time of booking, have asked them the safety of product on transit, to which they have asked me to take Insurance which will be provided by them only with 3% value of the product. But when checked it in offline Insurance value (which is too high in comparing with actual insurance service in online) without providing the insurance copy on time. After so many follow-ups (almost called them 100 times) they have sent the Insurance copy on 4th day from the date of booking without specifying the amount which is collected from me. That itself shows that, they have collected excess money and not ready to share the full insurance copy rather shared only the partial which shows only the product value but not the amount collected from us towards the insurance. I would suggest don`t go with this Alka Packers and Movers.
