Bhardwaj Group or BCC Packers and Movers are the biggest liars and looters. I was given a quote of 3500 by the person I contacted. The guy who came to collect the Vehicle named MONU BHARADWAJ Gave me a receipt without any amount written on it and asked me to pay 3500 to him. When I said I will pay only after I receive an invoice, he did some drama and finally agreed. We asked him about the final amount a several times before giving the vehicle and he told me it is as per the initial quote and there will not be any extra charges. We trusted this person who turned to be the biggest cheat. We were charged a total of 5250 in the Final Bill. 3500 1200 extra for Insurance which we did not ask for and no documents of insurance submitted either. 250 for Petrol for which there was no receipt from the Petrol Pump. And my vehicle odometer showed a difference of 200KM from the time we surrendered the vehicle to the time we got back with an empty petrol tank. Vehicle given on Friday. Promised to be delivered to home on Monday Morning. After several lies and calls, we finally went on our own to the transport office and got the vehicle on our own from the transport office where it arrived on Tuesday Morning. We were told the Vehicle arrived on Monday, but it arrived on Tuesday. MONU BHARDWAJ IS BIG FRAUD. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR VEHICLE.
