I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by this Movers Packers company. I strongly advise against using their services. The company's approach is overly aggressive when securing clients, but they fail to deliver on their promises during the moving and packing process. Their employees show no cooperation, and their communication is unprofessional. Their sales pitch is sugary, but once payment is made, they become unresponsive. Alarmingly, they didn't provide any policy details despite claiming to offer insurance. When questioned, they ignored our inquiries. Overall, my experience with this company has been unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Considering their subpar service IBA approval/ license should be revoked.
